Family Portrait Weekend

Back for the seventeenth year by their passion to give back and support our Troops!!! The HIP Club (Houston InnerLoop Photography Club), led by a group of dedicated photography enthusiasts, Alan Montgomery, project director, wanted to show you their appreciation by doing what they know best – family portraits. USO Fort Cavazos was introduced to Alan through Portraits of Love six years ago, there was something about his passion to give back to the men and women who fight for this country. He wanted to return along with his friends to carry out their mission of saying thank you to the men and women who defend this great nation. Partnering with USO Fort Cavazos for the last seven years, it has been a pleasure to see the masterful portraits come to life.

Each family will receive (at no cost to the military family) a 15-minute photo session with a photography team (photographer, one assistant to help with posing and children/pets); a Digital portrait via smugmug.com – one retouched portrait. This will be chosen by the photographer. Great care will be taken to choose the best portrait.

TAKE YOUR TIME. Please don’t rush through the steps. From past experience, we’ve had duplicate bookings with two different emails. If you are not sure whether or not your reservation went through, please call 254 768-2770 and we will check for you. If you need to change your booking, please cancel your first one and then proceed to book another one. TAKE YOUR TIME!

Make sure your email is correct. We have been unable to reach families and send them important reminders and they are left losing their appointment. Please send yourself a calendar invite to remember what day you have chosen.
